Mornin' everyone! Today hubby and I woke up at 4am to go to the gym (his idea. It's a good one but I am a snooze button junkie so forcing myself out of bed is hard!).. Anyway, today was day one of this new routine and I nailed it buuut once we parked the car he said "this is step one. This is as far as we're gonna go today." What he meant by that's was we were just going to drive there and not actually go in because he wants to do baby steps. While I can appreciate that method, I have to say I was a little annoyed because I forced myself out of bed and once I was dressed I was ready to rock and then the breaks got pumped.. I could get on my treadmill but I'm still so tired and it's nice just spending time with him before work. Going to do some core work between clients today to make up for it.
qotd: I've been terrible with my water this week. Last week was great though! Usually I just suck it up and drink it plain but I did buy these vitamin powder packets that I mix in a 32 oz bottle (it's insanely sweet otherwise) and that helps me drink way more AND I for sure know that I'm getting all my vits in if my patches don't give me enough. I've been doubling up on patches the last few weeks because I've been so exhausted and have low energy. Can't tell if it's depression of my levels. Iron and D were pretty low when I had blood work done last month but I've upped everything so who knows..

2nd b- (didn't go to the gym so I decided to fry an egg and one slice of bacon with three tatter tots haha)
l- leftover fajita meat with guacamole
d- leftover corned beef and veggies
s- Greek yogurt, maybe a few mixed nuts

i got up at 4 am to go to the gym once.....once....LOL.... I need to work out in the afternoon during the week. I hope you get your workout in tomorrow, let us know!

Greetings! My walk in was cold this morning! I find that my leg muscles don't like the cold much and cramp a little. Not a huge deal but there are days I just want a car. LOL I weighed in this morning (a day early) and I'm on the downward swing again, so time to ramp things up with exercise and fluids and knock it out of the park.
B: 1/2 cup ff greek mixed with 1/3 cup raisin bran.
MS: 1/2 cup 1% cottage cheese with 3 pickle spears cut up in them
L: 1 cup beef cabbage soup
AS: Same as MS
S: Unknown. Drum lessons tonight so it'll likely be a cheese/meat snack plate with some veggies or something.
ES: None, but there will be probably 12 oz decaf and 32 flavoured water. All vitamins intact.
Exercise: walking to/from work. Before bed I check my totals on my phone, which measures my steps and I'm averaging 19,000 steps daily Not bad. Just gotta add some weightlifting to it now, and maybe the elliptical.
qotd: Decaf, water and flavoured water, pretty much all I drink. Maybe the occasional tea, but nothing added so it just tastes like a cup of ho****er. :)
I've got a meeting in 3 minutes so I gotta run!

qotd: I have 2 cup black coffee in the morning and at least 64oz ice water the rest of the day. I have always been a huge water drinker since childhood...can't get enough so never an issue. Plus my SF Popsicles have 2 oz of water each.
Been warming up here since 3 weekends of sub zero freeze...going to warm even more the next couple days....I keep humming...we're having a heat wave, a tropical heat wave, lol.
I got news yesterday that a second cousin passed away but since there is lake effect snow all through the area between Syracuse and Watertown..I won't be attempting the 6 hour drive to the souther tier for the funeral...breaks my heart but my family understand. That area is always nuts this time of year and I have to drive right through the middle of the snowbelt whenever going to my hometown area. My Mom wouldn't even let me drive down when she broke her leg just before Christmas because she has rode through the area with me on occasion when I bring her up for a visit to the area. Now she will only come up in warm months, lol. Last summer I brought her up just before her 90th birthday and took on a long ferry ride across Champlain Lake into Vermont. I drove down home last Fall and threw her a big birthday party with over 50 people attending...she loved it.The planning from a distance was stressful but it all work out.
