You are the best, Karen (nice outfit - LOL)! I walked in 30 degrees this morning, so not as cold as where you are but really cold for here in southwest Florida when you don't have all the cold weather gear (had to improvise with multiple layers).

Thank you for being an inspiration. I needed this message today. The last few days I've not done well food wise and I needed a reminder that I'm the one driving the bus here and regardless of my stresses excuses will only put me where I once was. Thanks for reminding me.
