Wanted unusual food - but I always listen to my body.

Breakfast- big plate of sautéed shrimp finished in achiote powder chicken stock and garlic dipped in horseradish shrimp ****tail dressing. Chai tea lattes with fat free powdered milk and truvia.

Lunch- Tuscan artisanal cheese ( full fat about 2-3 ounces) on fresh olive bread rolls.

Dinner- red wine spritzer . Maybe salad with fat free feta green onions peppers artisanal lettuce I made yesterday with fat free blue cheese dressing. Have leftover meatloaf and fat free homemade mashed potatoes and caulibroc in fat free white cheese sauce if I crave it in fridge.

its cold and cloudy ( rained this morning) so I'm definitely going to treat myself to a fire in the wood stove in the kitchen. Just love how it cozies up the house and even the Persian kitties stare at it and sit by it too -for hours !

Good....afternoon. I literally opened this response this morning, got busy at work, and never actually wrote anything.

QoTD: I'm pretty vocal and unashamed about all of my likes and crushes. I have a crush on Tom Hanks, and still listen to Hanson. they ARE still recording and have a really bluesy classic rock sound now, a far cry from MmmBop, but they do still also perform MmmBop. It's not a secret like though it does surprise people since I typically listen to metal.

breakfast was a wake up wrap from Dunkin Donuts, and lunch was a hamburger patty with cheese and a few strawberries from a fruit tray.

Im making chicken Parm for dinner--no pasta, but DH wants me to make some zucchini-based cheesy "breadsticks" based on a Facebook recipe he saw.
