Ian fascinated with sister wives too! Not something I think I could ever do, but if all parties are consenting and honest, I don't see why it can't work just fine. I like watching how they handle family/personal matters

Good morning Daisy and Menu Builders! I am glad it is midweek as well. I worked on MLK day so not a short week for me, the short days and cold weather is getting old, though I know we have turned the corner and spring will be here before we know it.

Accountability was good, no snack last night so I was happy with that. I am down 1.6 pounds since Saturdays weigh in and I am pleased with that.

QOTD - Ladies you are killing me with this one, you are all so feisty this morning, I love it. Ellen - I think she is so talented, funny and generous. I was recently thinking I was going to start to DVR her show and the new game show is hilarious as well. My crush would be Helen Hunt - I find her to have a natural beauty, something I am attracted too.

Menu -

B - 2 eggs scrambled

MS- Triple zero greek yogurt

L - Sirloin steak and roasted red potatoes( roasted in coconut oil)

AS - Five grain hot cereal and Tbsp of All Natural almond butter

D - Chili

1571 cal, 102 pro, 133 carbs

Exercise Plan is going well, my sore shoulder is feeling much better, I increased the weight I was lifting on one exercise 30 pounds last night. Big Change in one week. I am pleased as I am losing weight , yet seem to be getting stronger.

Stay healthy my friends, Mike

I'm not surprised at your comment on natural beauty. Your wife definitely has it!

Good Morning! I am glad it's Wednesday, so far it's been another stressful work week but things are looking up. I have a few meetings today that I hope can help resolve some of open-ended issues I am in the middle of right now.

So my hubby and I had the Real Good pizza last night. I think I prefer the enchiladas I tried over the weekend, but we both the pizza was good. You can definitely tell it's chicken in the crust but it was very filling and I will buy again. I still have one of the smaller personal size (pepperoni, that I will probably try later this week).

Accountability: I ate a protein bar and handful of nuts while I was packing my lunch for today.

QOTD: The only "closet" one I can think of is Dr. Phil...but I don't have a crush on him at all..you all know one of my crushes is Curtis Stone and the other is Justin Hartley.

Time since surgery: 3 years 5 months

B: SF latte, eggbeaters, ½ an orange and 2 turkey sausage links

L: Albacore lettuce wraps and baby carrots

S: Jerky, Carbmaster yogurt, and mixed nuts

D: Egg clouds (an idea I have been seeing on MFP, mine will be 2 eggs and a ¼ cup Parmesan cheese), and 2 sausage links

ES: Homemade Greek yogurt with SF jam and ¼ cup fiber cereal

E: An hour stair climber this morning and 40 mins of elliptical at lunch

V/W: On track

Totals: Cals:1256 Protein:119 Carbs:63 Fat:62

Have a great one!

Hi Kelly - how would you describe the texture of the crust? is it chewy? Crunchy? I am soooo intrigued as I miss Pizza! LOL

I cooked the pizza in the oven (there are micro directions as well) and it was pretty chewy. Next time I will try the "crunchier" option suggested on the box which is to fini**** in a pan on the stovetop for extra crispiness.

I've had them and I think finishing them in a pan makes them much better. When I had the first one it looked awfully small but it was super filling. I'll have to look into the enchiladas.
