I know right. I'll have to see if anyone around me carries them and check them out.

So far VitaminShoppe and Walmart here. Seems that Kroger carries them but not sure if you have those.

No Krogers here but I will definetely check at Walmart. Might be a good option when I make something for son and hubby that I don't eat or don't like.

I hadn't wanted to buy them because they are pricey but found out the ones at Walmart are 2 servings it makes it a little more enticing.

Good morning!

Accountability is spot on, my food logged perfectly but my weight was up a tad this morning. Doesn't make sense to me because my food/water was perfect, so maybe some salt causing some water retention. Not alarming though, the last time this happened I dropped almost 10 lbs within days of it for a net loss. I figure my body's gearing up to drop any time now, so I'll just keep plugging along. I sure am watching the numbers closely through all of this.

B: Protein bar and a coffee after my walk in to work. New kind this time, red velvet. Not too bad, which surprises me a little.

MS: 1/2 cup ff greek yogurt with bran mixed in

L: Beef/cabbage soup

AS: 1/2 cup 1% cottage cheese, with cucumber chunks mixed in

S: Unknown but plan-forward

ES: Decaf, water.

Exercise: 11k walking commute. The end result is around 19,000 steps daily once my workplace is factored in.

QOTD: Guitar Center (drums section) or possibly a Marks' Workwear for some good clothing and footwear. I like their stuff.

Good Morning Daisy and Menu Family!

It is -5 degrees here with a wind chill of -23! (Nebraska). Needless to say I am not going outside if I don't have to!

QOTD: I never max out my credit card, I always pay it off each month, but I guess I'd choose Swap.com, which is where I get most of my clothes or our local Dollar Auction (which doesn't take credit cards), because I LOVE getting a bargain! I got a genuine goose down coat on there for $1 for example! I have been SO glad to have that coat this winter!

Accountability: Yesterday: Protein - 59, Calories - 1,180, Carbs - 106.

B: prosciutto & mozzarella sticks, light & fit Greek yogurt

L: General Tso's spicy chicken

D: turkey meal

S: prosciutto & mozzarella sticks, light & fit Greek yogurt, 2 Atkin's peanut butter cups

E: Walking at the mall or exercise bike

Have a FANTASTIC day everyone!

~ Karen
