What's on your Menu today (Tuesday) RNYers?
Accountability: Been doing well on my water goal. Drank 4 bottles yesterday. Woop! I usually eat dinner when I get home from the gym. Last night I was famished when I got home. I had planned a bowl of my Indian chicken soup I've been eating all week. I ended up eating 2" of a baguette with butter also. After I finished I waited awhile, I was still so hungry so I ate my Bulgar Wheat and peanut butter combo I often do. Then made Tumeric Milk to take to bed with me. The pouch was hangry last night.
QOTD: I am going to have to say a designer in Paris because then I would be IN Paris too!
B: usual latte, cottage cheese and fruit
L: Salad w/avocado and grilled chicken
D: Board meeting- probably inside of a wrap.
S: Greek yogurt (keep putting this down but haven't eaten in awhile), protein drink and/or bar, trail mix
ex: gym
Someone asked me how PT and recovery was going. Well. I had orthopedist visit last week and he said I was almost there with ROM and strength. He said "If I didn't know you had surgery I wouldn't know you had surgery." Also "You make me look good " I will take both of those as compliments to my hard work.

The question is how did I get morbidly obese when you are an overachiever? They say procrastinators (me) are really perfectionists ... the all or nothing mentality.

just a quickie because I had an accident with a huge pot of homemade yogurt this morning and had a big mess to clean up (my cats were glad to help, though!) - so I'm way behind this morning. Too bad it was headed for a dessert party tomorrow night (I'm planning to take vanilla yogurt and fresh berries, so there's something there I can eat without guilt!) - but there was enough left in the pot plus some in the fridge that I made over the weekend that I should still be OK.
Accountability was good yesterday
QOTD: I would never max out a credit card (I'm one of those who pays their balance off every month), but if I did, I'd have to say amazon. I order from Vitamin Shoppe a lot, too, but if I had to pick only one, then Amazon since it has a lot more stuff.

MS: coffee with half & half, protein/Miralax vanilla latte shake

maybe a F&L yogurt or a piece of crustless protein pumpkin pie IF needed and IF I can work it into my calorie budget
Good morning all! Getting ready for more snow...
