Breakfast - fat free vanilla yogurt

Lunch and Dinner - craved pizza and salad so I made my low-fat versions .

stretch commercial fat free pizza dough ( walmart sells an excellent frozen oil free whole wheat and regular version for a dollar a bag) over a spray-oiled baking sheet. Top with spray oil ( spread it with your hand to form a moisture resistant barrier so sauce doesn?t soak in and make the crust soggy ) top with Parmesan /Romano if desired and brown under broiler. Let cool. Preheat oven to 450.

top with a layer ( full bag ) of fat free mozzarella and homemade pizza sauce ( I add Italian seasoning, dried basil, garlic and onion powders and a bit of dried red chili flakes and Parmesan/Romano cheese to a bottle of cheap fat free tomato sauce . Spread sauce over mozzarella thinly and top with meat ( sautéed and cut up Canadian bacon in my case ) vegetables ( sautéed squash and sliced mushrooms fresh pepper slices green onion) and then top with one roll fresh mozzarella or part skim mozzarella . Top with turkey pepperoni ( 16 tasty slices contain only 4 grams of fat !) Bake at 450 until you can smell it and cheese has melted.

Recipe makes essentially 10 or so servings for me - its very filling and nutritious . It also tastes better than ? real? fatty pizza and I?ve never had a guest complain or bust me for being low fat lol I LOVE to eat what I want and not wear it !
