I have a week from hell this week and hoping I can make it through! This week here is my schedule EVERY SINGLE DAY! I teach everyday from 7:15 am until 1:45 and then have a musical rehearsal from 2:00-4:00 followed by a rehearsal in Boston from 6:30-9:30 and it will likely take from shortly after 4 until 6:30 to get there.
Accountability: I was awful yesterday. I've recently found out that my sister has cancer again and I just found out it's a very agressive form. One of my former HS passed away last week and we had the funeral this weekend. When I got home last night after a very long weekend of rehearsing and funerals and bad news I got into the leftover christmas cooks and I ate them with abandon. I feel awful about it but I working hard to make today a new day back on the wagon. Me and my gum and mints are in full force plus I'm drinking as much as I can possibly get down. I just wish the food demons would leave me alone for once but the cravings are very real today so I'm going as meat heavy as possible. When my days are this long though my calories are up because I need something to keep me awake heading back from Boston!! Oh well....
QOTD: Any clothing store that I can shop at! I don't really have a favorite but I do like Talbots when I have coupons and Macys.

I continue to lose weight with mostly low carb. Getting closer to my first goal so I am gonna keep doing what I am doing...
Tons of coffee and Carbonator ff milk
1/2 protein bar
lettuce wraps with yogurt chicken, cilantro yogurt dressing
cheese stick
probably the other half of protein bar
Dinner: beef fajita meat with some cheesy cauliflower
PB powder and a low carb vanilla yogurt
Less than 800 calories, water and vitamins
