Lost 150+, need to keep weight on!
You are quite a few years out, so wondering did you just recently get to maintenance, or have you been in maintenance and suddenly dropped more?
A sudden explained weight drop, maybe you should go see your Doctor... if you have been trying to lose and now don't know how to 'settle in' and stop that is different.
Sometimes it is hard to do higher volume because of our surgery, so more calorie dense foods can help. Think whole milk yogurt, nuts and seeds, bacon, olive oil to cook... things like that.
Maybe start doing My Fitness pal to get a barometer of how much you are actually taking in. Then start increasing the calories slowly until you stabilize.
