What's on your PHOTO FRIDAY Menu, RNYers?
hi all
I don't think there is enough coffee in the world for me today.
Here are a few pics from NYC. First is the tree at rockafeller and second from the top of the rock at night
we had a great time.
QOTD: I had an amazing teacher in 8th grade. she was super positive and kind to me- my dad had moved out and left us and i was an overweight unhappy kid. she let me use homeroom time to walk around the campus with a friend and a ended up losing about 20-30 pounds with dieting also. She told me that I could be anything I wanted to be and to no let anything stop me. It was good advise except that I wanted to be an actor and singer on broadway. While I ended up with a degree in vocal performance, alas, I am not a a famous actor. lol
plans on weekend- need some positive vibes please. I should be 'in the clear' by 10 am but please swing some chickens in the meantime for me.
food for today-
ribs
egg whites
coffee
almond milk/PP
gelatin/PP
Swinging chickens!

Love the car,JB. It is frigid here in Illinois and we got some ice overnight so most likely Lily and I will do good to go around the block. I will do 4 miles on the treadmill later even though I hate hate hate it. Accountability was yuck as I got snacky in the evening and ate some sweet potato thins I didn't need before I got my knitting out to keep me occupied. Post op 5 years 4.5 months and weight at 118.4 today. Heres the food plan for today B 1/2 c steel cut oats with protein and peanut butter L 4 oz deli turkey and cheese 3 baby carrots D 31/2 oz baked lemon pepper fish 1/2 carrots S 5 oz cottage cheese with 1 T no sugar added strawberry jam. Have a great day everyone and make smart choices that move you one step closer to your goals!
Both sweaters look great on you! I think a bit of a V Neck is much more flattering at our age then a round one.
