Happy Friday JB and menu crew! Nice ride JB! What Model? Joddie drives a Kia Sorrento and we have been very happy with it and a wonderful warranty! I had a good workout last night and am not as sore this morning! We have a storm rolling in, 6-12" expected overnight.
Accountability - I was spot on and have lost weight every day this week. Very happy with how my nutrition change is going thus far, still early though. I now realize I was NOT eating enough during regular meals and that was causing some grazing behavior.
QOTD - My Mom and Dad always preached to give my best effort regardless of what I was doing, when I started my work career I had quit college and started at the bottom, earned my degree while working and moved my way up the ladder. I like to think I took their advice and did the best I could with it. I am happy where I am at and that is all that matters, happiness should never be overlooked or an afterthought!
Menu - similar to yesterday though we are going to roadhouse tonight and I will have the salmon with a side salad.
Picture is one from Black Friday shopping - again showing my silly, playful side. Kohls had a Rudolph display with this large stuffed abonimable snowman, so Joddie and I sat on his lap and took a selfie, we look exhausted and we were as we had been up since 3 am.
