I LOVE red cars, and yours is great. My first car was red and silver, and I haven't had a red one since, but am hoping my next vehicle will be red.

qOTD: I was kind of a brat in college and on of the deans I had a lot of respect for pulled me aside and told me so and explained how it would/could impact my future. I'll never forget that conversation and it definitely changed the course of my entire life.

Good morning everyone and TGIF! Thank you all for your good wishes re Nikolai. We spent 2 hours at the vet yesterday, so they could run various tests and cultures. He was running a fever, has congested lungs and bacterial infections in both eyes. The eye staining shows no ulcerations, so strong antibiotics should clear everything up. I knew he wasn't feeling well when he got right out of the car and walked over to the scale. Like the pet of a fat girl, he usually hates the scale area. It was a bad night at the vet. While we were there, a woman brought in her dog to be put down. So, so, so sad.
Accountability: Beyond sucked. I had blood sugar issues throughout the day, never really going above 63. Last night all hell broke loose. I was at 33, at some peanut butter with a few mini chocolate chips on 1/2 a graham cracker (which usually fixes me right up). 30 minutes later I was at 31 . . . and the food fest began. I'm not even going to list out what I ate for the next 3 hours. I finally passed out and don't know where my sugar ended up. My weight? Up 1.6 lbs. My fingers hurt and hope to stay in range today . . . mostly because i left my meter at home so I have no way to test.
JBQOTD: An attorney once told me to talk my problems out. He really meant in the work world, but I've taken it to heart. I tend to keep things bottle up, which is never good. Talking it out makes me see the problem in a clear and concise manner AND it allows me to get input from others.
My plan:
B: 2 eggs scrambled, .5 oz cheese
L: Chicken
D: ????? My usual Friday dilemma
S: I have a yogurt and 1/2 a quest bar if needed
E: Friday is typically my off day
