Syntrax Nectar "recipes" and/or tips?
Hey, I just got my samples in the mail, excited to try all of your recipes (keeping a notebook )
I think I can figure out the fruity ones, but I have a question about the coffee ones. I "think" I heard that protein loses it's [protein] at a certain high temperature. Does anyone know of this, as I'm a big coffee drinker. Someone above mentioned decaf coffee, if it tastes good to add a packet (23 gm protein pack) to hot coffee, will the heat affect the protein? I'm not big on using my MagicBullet at the moment (as I live near Buffalo, NY and it's cold, well, warm, it's gonna hit 47 this week, eek!) I don't know how to put it any other way, sorry.

OK, I made three packs of Syntrax, I was so excited and got carried away. Here's the scoop
- I put Wild Cherry packet, a cup of plain greek yogurt and 2 equal in my Magic Bullet. Blended it. Put in a glass with ice cubes (I didn't want a slushy) and followed someones suggestion to let it sit, stirring occasionally, to let the bubbles/foam die down. It's been about 15 minutes, foam is not dying down. But it is DELICIOUS! .... Question, does foam ever go down?
- I put Strawberry Mousse in the Magic Bullet with a cup of Greek yogurt and 2 equal, blended it. Put in fridge for tomorrow morning. Will the time affect the protein?
3. I put 16 oz Crystal Light Iced Tea and a packet of Iced Tea pp and 2 equal into my protein bottle, with the wire ball doohickie. Shook like I never shook before. Put in fridge for tomorrow. Again, will this affect the protein doing it ahead of time?
I'm having a ball doing this, am I doing it right?
Again, does hot coffee affect the protein?
