I tried the cappuccino one because @librarian had mentioned it. Loooove it. I have it for breakfast; one full scoop (23 gr protein), 8 oz decaf coffee, 8 oz of iced water and ice cubes. All go into my blender and I get a 32 oz protein drink that is like a slushy/frappuccino. I liked it so much that I just ordered (on Amazon) the chocolate fudge and caramel macchiato one.

I LOVE the Syntrax Nectar proteins and I keep the vanilla, cappuccino and of course, Fuzzy Navel, on hand at all times.

I like to mix the Fuzzy Navel with the V8 Diet Splash in the Tropical flavor.....really amps up the flavor and makes me think of Tang!

Like Sheila_H said, I also like to mix the cappuccino with coffee and plenty of ice and whirl in the blender plus a little cocoa powder for a frothy mocha shake.

The vanilla is good with anything, but I really like it with some of the powdered peanut butter, PB2, added with almond milk for a peanut butter shake. I also add a drop or two of vanilla extract.....YUM!

I always mix the fruit-flavored ones with Crystal Light lemonade - it punches up the flavor a bit and tones down the sweetness a bit, too. I especially like CL lemonade mixed with the Syntrax Pink Grapefruit - tastes sort of like Fresca! I like drinking that one in the summer, especially.

you can find Syntrax at a few regular stores, like Vitamin Shoppe, but I usually get mine online because then you can get all the flavors. Most stores only seem to carry 3 or 4 flavors.

I love Syntrax Nectar! I've mixed the fruit ones with plain water and Crystal Light, I like it both ways. I've also added it to greek yogurt (sometimes freezing it in the summer for frozen yogurt). I'm going to try the Kefir recipe that everyone is raving about, sounds great.

I've never seen Syntrax at our local Wal-Mart, nor at GNC. We don't have a Vitamin Shoppe near by. I live out in the middle of nowhere, so not a ton of options. I bought a variety pack at BariatricNutrition pretty reasonably, they have the 17 pack (all flavors) and the 10 pack (just the fruit ones). I also buy the big tub the Fuzzy Navel one directly from Syntrax's website since that one is one of my favorites.

Another great place to but Syntrax is Netrition.com There shipping is fast and very reasonable. They are often a little cheaper so if you are buying several things, works out cheaper than Amazon.

You can buy it at The Vitamin Shoppe and they actually have "to go" packs that are individual ones. The store I went to had fuzzy navel, carribean cooler and strawberry kiwi. They are 1.99 each or you can buy a case for around 21.00. The best part is their website lets you check for stock in each store if you select pick up in store rather than ship. It will help you find out which flavours are in stock near you. I decided to do that first before ordering the variety pack in case I didn't like the flavour of their whey.

I haven't tried to yet as I just picked them up the other day so no recipes from me :)

Man...you guys have surpassed any expectations of "what to do with Syntrax"!!!!

I may have the money to buy the sample kit soon, when I do, I'm going to try ALL of your suggestions! I never thought I'd eagerly await a protein powder. I'm a Pinterest-a-holic, looking for hacks and ideas for life, you guys oughta pin your recipes there! Of course, I follow eggface everywhere. ...she's an icon.

Thank you all SO much! I'll come back and post how I did, liked, or disliked the recipes...maybe I'll have a few of my own.

Peace.

If you buy the sample kit, get it from them directly, you have to call it in though, its the cheapest you will find it. I did that and now I buy the full sizes I like from Amazon.

I wanted to add that one advantage to buying at Vitamin Shoppe (if you are local to one) is that they will take anything back. This has been good when i wanted to try a flavor I couldn't find in a sample pack ... and I have returned opened containers. You can also order to store at no additional cost -- some of the harder to find flavors (i.e.: Matrix flavors)

I love Syntax and is the only kind I drink, I drink the fruit based ones, like grapefruit, cherry and apple. I do notice that when I mix it in a shaker bottle it can be lumpy so I use tepid water shake it up and put some ice in, I noticed less lumps then.
