Glad your will power is coming back. Weigh, measure and drink drink drink and try and get your butt moving, even a walk in the fresh air will rejuvenate you.

Good morning Daisy and menu crew - Hope you feel better Daisy! This has been an old fashioned winter with the cold, snow and illness!

This morning I am visiting a Vendor in Montreal Canada - Daisy I will wave to you down the 401! LOL

Accountability - this is getting scary - spot on. No cheats. I have to weigh in and measure on Saturday with my trainer and the accountability has been good for me.

QOTD - I miss appetizers.I used to love to go to a pub, have a pint and have appetizers for a meal. I can make healthy versions at home, but...not the same.

Menu - yesterday was an off workout day so I have one less protein shake and did not the 5 grain hot cereal, less carbs yesterday.

Stay Healthy my friends! Mike

THx Mike, just feeling like I am fighting something and feeling off, fingers crossed it does not develop into something nasty.

Enjoy Montreal! Waving back at you from the 401!

mmmmm appetizers, I miss loaded nachos, deep fried pickles, deep fried spring rolls and all those yummy things I don't eat anymore!

Ironically , my gym shares a parking lot with applebees, they have a good appetizer menu....but have not tried post op! I always joke that with Joddie that we should go to the bar when we are done our workouts.....

You're doing great with your menu plan! Good for you!

Why do things taste so much better when we get them 'out' versus trying to make them at home? It's just not fair!

I still can't figure it out! I'm convinced it's the brain pleasure of treating yourself by going out that adds into the equation of things tasting even better. Who knows?! It doesn't make the struggle easier though, I know that much haha.
