What's on your menu today (Thursday) RNYers?
Joddie and I started to walk into a Lindor store last weekend, we turned around and walked out. I am not able to resist, I love the caramel truffles!

I can pass up potato chips no problem. The pretzels would cause a problem for me. Over the holidays I made treats that were a rolo sandwiched between 2 mini pretzels and dipped in chocolate. I ate a few too many of those. I had to purge the pretzels from my house. Funny thing is the bags of rolos are still there.
OMG - I remember those things, I love anything caramel! They are so good! I would be the opposite...the rolos would be gono!

Morning RNY'ers!! I'm up early so decided to jump in before the day gets hectic. Sending you virtual Kleenex Daisy!
accountabilty: I'm doing very well with my plan. Yesterday I picked up lunch for someone at Popeyes. They screwed up the order so gave two free apple pies. In the past I would have took them and secretly ate them, since the person I was buying for wouldn't have expected them. I was easily able to say, nope, not the day/month for that- and pass.
Qotd: last thing I craved? Not sure exactly, but I will say last thing I caved into getting was a biscuit. It was warm and yummy, but they do make me feel like I ate a brick, so overindulging only means pain. I'm managing my cravings through my plan, there will be a date/time I can have it and My patience to wait it out is impressing me. I'll also drink something to fend off a craving.
Not up yet, so no weight yet, 2.8 Years out

Thx Peach for the kleenex, boy do I need it!
And congrats on resisting the apple pies, that is so awesome. Really makes you feel like you have reached another hurdle by being able to say no, proud of you!
Biscuits are the devils work, they are so delicious, I so get you on that.
