Three week stall
I just heard the term "three week stall" and I'm wondering if it's exactly what it sounds like. Also does everyone experience it? Can it happen slightly later than three weeks?
It's a common term, many experience a brief pause in weight loss in the i ital weeks. It's said that it's the body's time taken to adjust to all it's been through. Not everyone experiences it.
My pet peeve is the term stall. A few days of not losing is not a stall. IMO, a true stall is 3 or more weeks at the same weight.

Hi,
I lose weight in chunks and then go 3-4 weeks where I actually gain a couple , stabilize and then lose again. This is very frustrating because you start to believe you will never lose more despite doing everything right.
