Dehydration Question,
we took the Kids to a indoor water park yesterday. It was humid and went a few hours with out a drink. I was wondering if dehydration can set in that fast for us and make us feel like we would pass out? I felt good at the start of our visit then felt light headed like I was going to pass out. We were not able to bring outside drinks in. My husband bought me a regular powerade for me and I took some small sips out of it and started to feel better. When we left and went to eat I felt sick after one bite. I feel better today keep myself hydrated.
I feel like utter crap if I go three hours without drinking. Extra fluids can fix a lot of issues.

dehydration can set in really fast, especially if you were in a humid environment. I would not go more than 2 hours with out a drink, prefer ally only one hour.
Its really hard to chase dehydration, once it starts to set it you have to power drink to get back to feeling better. What did you eat after that made you feel sick?
Glad you are feeling better. Lesson learned, keep up your liquids no matter what!
