What's on your Menu today (Tuesday) RNYers?
on 1/9/18 2:09 am - GTA, Ontario, Canada
Happy Tuesday menu folks. How are you all? I am great! Photo Friday will be open topic.
Accountability: It was fantasti****il... my co worker who is an incredible baker dropped off these homemade cookies. Two kinds that both are my FAVs, coconut balls and this caramel brownie thing. I had one of each. Damn her and her yummy goodies! Sending them with hubby in his lunch to get them out of the house.
QOTD: Do you have a bedtime routine? What do you do? Mine is wash my face, brush my teeth, get my clothes ready for the next day, turn on the news to see the weather forecast for the next day then get into bed (hubby is usually already asleep for hours) play a game or two on my phone, look at my calendar for the next day to see what is on schedule and then I turn off my lamp and try to get to sleep.

Morning everyone, gotta make this quick! I was right--our school buildings did not make it through the storms and we had a zillion burst pipes to deal with. The saga continues today... I'll try to check back later.
Accountability: Switched out dinner to go out to a restaurant. I had 1/2 a chicken parm and a few fries so I ended the day at higher calories than I had planned. I got 9000 steps, a little
shy of my goal of 10,000.
Vitamins: Sublingual: Iron, B1, Multi & D3
Exercise: 10,000 steps
Water and frozen pipes is the worst! Hoping it was contained so not to ruin classrooms and learning areas, good luck!

Good morning menu folks! I hope that you are all warm and healthy. It is right around freezing this morning and the sleet and freezing rain from yesterday made for some icy spots this morning, but not too bad.
I got in my hours swim yesterday morning since I was teleworking and could take a break. I'm glad that I did because the pool closed early because of the ice, so no evening hours.
Accountability: I was really hungry yesterday and had a couple of handfuls of nuts. They are on my plan but I had more than usual. The scale was down again this morning anyway.
Menu:
Breakfast: scrambled eggs, chicken, 1/2 cup plain oatmeal
Snack: Cappuccino protein shake, 1/2 piece of cornbread
Lunch: fish, salad
Snack: 2 oz turkey breast, apple, string cheese
Dinner: not sure since tonight is deep water aerobics and I will get home late
Exercise: short walk, deep water aerobics

It is great that you get to swim regularly, I wish we had a place close to me where I could swim. You use so many muscles when swimming, it is great exercise.

Good morning! I hope all is well and clean up from the massive storms isn't too bad for anyone. So far this week is ok, but I went to bed last night thinking today was Friday. How the f#$% did I do that? Seriously, it's going to be a very long week if I'm already thinking Tuesday is Friday.
QOTD: Take pills, brush teeth, put on vitamin patches, lay in bed and play on phone for a couple minutes, make sure alarm is correctly set, have hubbie say goodnight, and try to fall asleep quickly.
