What's on your Menu today (Monday) RNYers?
I will, I admit to a large amount of nerves. I am stepping out of my comfort zone here. I have been religious about working out and using my knowledge and only doing what I was familiar with. I am heading into uncharted waters...but excited as well. I will be doing less cardio than my normal routine so I am worried about that!

See, if I had stayed in PA, even our kids would be hanging out since they are the same age... and my daughter needs a 'good' boyfriend over this one she's dating now ... damnit.
LOL
Good luck today with the new workout program and trainer! Can't wait to hear all about it!

Warmer here in Illinois for the next few days too. Youngest works for the water department and spent hours last week thawing frozen meters. One day he was on call and was called out 6 times. Lots of overtime but he was happy to be off call yesterday. This week they suspect they'll be fixing water main breaks from all the thawing and then after Thursday its to be in the low 30s and 20s again. Its like a roller coaster ride, but Lily and I will enjoy getting our walks in for sure. I really hate the treadmill! QOTD not much of a picture taker so that would be no problem for me at all. Accountability was good with no extra bites. Post op 5 years 4.25 months and weight at 118 today. I didn't drink enough yesterday so thats the goal for today. Heres the food for maintenance B 1/2 c steel cut oats with protein and peanut butter added L 3/4 c chili with cheese D 3/4 c ham and beans S sm apple with 1 T peanut butter. Have a great day everyone and make smart and conscious choices that take you to your goals. Off to find some COFFEE!
Glad you're feeling better!
Sounds like a hard way to make overtime, but he'll enjoy it on his paycheck when he gets it! Hoping the refreeze isn't too bad for ya'll!

Good morning! I'll have to post quick and come back to read later.
Yesterday we spontaneously went to see The Greatest Showman, and loved it! We must have missed that it was a musical (DH may not have been as enthusiastic about going otherwise) but I really recommend seeing it in theaters. The visuals are amazing, and also ladies--Hugh Jackman and Zac Effron? Perfect.
Not so perfect? I ate movie popcorn. I did restrain myself to ordering just the small, which only holds a few cups, as opposed to the 10 gallon drum with extra butter so...? Win?
Qotd: I'm a photographer, so you'd expect me to say to save the photos. But it's a lot harder to recoup from a disaster if you don't have money. I love looking at old photos, but I'm also a realist.
breakfast: Greek L&F and 2 cups of decaf with SF creamer
lunch: leftover lasagna (no noodles)
snack: brought a protein shake
dinner: maybe a spinach salad
waiting for a response from the insurance company is killing me. I've never been patient!
