Morning Teena! Happy start to the weekend everyone!
Yup disgusting cold here too. I am just beside myself thinking of all the homeless and stray animals out in this cold, I sure hope they homeless can get to the shelters and the animals will survive this horrid deep freeze.
Teena love your heated throw! I need one too. And the pics of the lake are beautiful but looks so damn cold.
QOTD: I loved the answers Julie gave in that post, they were excellent. I define success as how healthy I am now. I had dangerously high blood pressure (even with taking meds) pre surgery and everything on me ached all the time, my back, my knees, my ankles. I hated going out and having to do anything even remotely physical. Going to the basement to put in a load of laundry felt insurmountable before WLS. Now I eat so healthy, I am on zero medication, I work out daily and I now welcome being social and going out. Life changer.
Accountability - was good but I did eat two small squares of homemade caramel brownie that co worker brought in.
