What's on your Photo Friday Menu?
Hello Everyone!
Life has thrown some curve balls but I finally have some time as we have our 2nd snow day today! I've been having such a hard time getting back in the habit of coming here daily and posting and I'm hoping to find a way to carve out time as the benefits are enormous. The vets advice got me to get the weight off and as I struggle to maintain I know I need the advice and friendship even more now. I've been accountable and am well but on the (high end of my comfort zone). I had a few "food vacation" day during the holidays but am back on track and doing CAMAW. Anyone want to join in?
QOTD: admitting I have a problem with food and dealing with it honestly every single day. I'd love a day off from my brain with this addiction but it isn't gonna happen. I'm going to start some therapy soon in hopes it will ease the emotional pain.

Good to see you here! I too took a break over the holidays... do you think that's our subconscious telling us to stay away so we feel less guilt? I find it interesting.
