Good morning!
qotd: I definitely define it by my weight loss but I also define it by being healthy, staying healthy, maintaining consistency of tracking everything I do and eat etc. (it's been really hard these last few months with my manic depression and the scales are telling me I'm up 9 pounds which is very discouraging because I have yet to even reach my goal). I have made a deal with myself to run at least one mile everyday for the rest of this month - no excuses- and to track EVERYTHING I eat even if it's not the best choice. Once I reach the first goal I'm going to increase it to at least two miles and start doing weights and so on and so on. My only worry is that I have a very hard time believing in myself and I'm sooo terrified that I can't do this because I don't feel strong enough. Wish me luck lol!
