Good morning!

qotd: I definitely define it by my weight loss but I also define it by being healthy, staying healthy, maintaining consistency of tracking everything I do and eat etc. (it's been really hard these last few months with my manic depression and the scales are telling me I'm up 9 pounds which is very discouraging because I have yet to even reach my goal). I have made a deal with myself to run at least one mile everyday for the rest of this month - no excuses- and to track EVERYTHING I eat even if it's not the best choice. Once I reach the first goal I'm going to increase it to at least two miles and start doing weights and so on and so on. My only worry is that I have a very hard time believing in myself and I'm sooo terrified that I can't do this because I don't feel strong enough. Wish me luck lol!

b- syntrax with protein milk (235)

l- tuna packet with a little bit of mayo (calories to be determined)

d- craving tuna poke so I might pick that up on the way home (calories to be determined)

s- maybe Greek l&f or kale chips

v- patches and oral cit d and iron

e- treadmill and dog walking

stay strong, everyone! It's never to late to get back on track.

Girl, if I can do it- you can do it!! You've got this! I'm learning to change the voice in my head - it's definitely not easy but it helps IMMENSELY.

RNY Jan 12, 2017 Lost 137 lbs but regained 60.

77 lbs lost and counting!

Losing the regain! I got this!

Thanks, Teena! I think that's the hardest part is the little voice in my head telling me that I'm going to fail before it even happens. Wish I could just flip a switch and make that go away haha
