Struggling with Water

If the Arizona is zero calorie and zero sugar go for it.
And there are a lot of us who can't do plain water, you are not alone in that at all.

Label says 0 calories, 1g carbs, looks like a good choice!

Before surgery I would guzzle ice water. After surgery, I couldn't stand it. For the first few months, I drank alot of herbal tea and ate SF popsicles. Then I started drinking unsweet tea and water with Crystal Light. I like Mio drops better than Crystal Light and in either case I don't use the additives in full strength, just enough for some flavor. Now I drink more coffee than I should, about half decaf, but I find that I still need a certain amount of uncaffeinated water based fluids too.

You're not alone! I can't drink plain water either (no matter its temperature).
I do drink lots of Crystal Lite daily and this helps me meet my hydration goal. Their Peach Tea and Fruit Punch are my favorites.
Also drink hot tea throughout the day and use Splenda as a sweetener.
I feel "headachy" and blah if I haven't had enough fluids. I carry my prepared Crystal Lite in a large insulated jug and take that with me to work. I sip, sip, sip all day long and that seems to work for me.
In my case, I have found that if I haven't had enough to drink, I'll eat too much at night when I get home from work.
Best wishes to you!

I loved water before surgery, ice cold water was my favorite. After surgery, it is a struggle to get all of my liquids in. I have to count them on my fitness pal every day to make sure I get enough.
My tastes change month by month and I have no idea why. Some months I can't stand plain water and need it flavored with crystal lite or the sugar free koolaide drops. Then I hate the flavored water and only like it plain. Sometimes I can only drink it cold and other times i need it hot, in the form of herbal teas or lemon in ho****er. I have no idea why it changes like that, and no clue as to when it will change.
I also make home made chicken broth to sip on, which I love or hate depending on my crazy taste buds, lol. It's weird as I can have a cup at lunch and love it, then have a second cup a few hours later and hate it. I can't explain it but it's very annoying that my taste buds flip flop like that.
When I crave chocolate I add cocoa powder and splenda to ho****er and really enjoy that...sometimes. Other times I hate it.
Sorry, I guess I not much help, other than to suggest keep trying as you may find your tastes change, lol.

I hate water, too, but I love eating. I do not "allow" myself to eat until I have had 16 ounces of water. That works for me.

One thing I find helps me with water is putting frozen berries in an infuser bottle, the juices as they defrost add a nice flavour to the water without artificial sweetener taste that I don't like. Not sure if that is too much sugar for you or not but thought I'd throw it out there. I'm hoping it still works for me after surgery.
