What's on your Thursday menu RNYers?
Good morning! With my busy (hopefully temporary) work schedule I'm finding it hard to post regularly, but I do get on and read before bed every night.
Got a call from the bariatric center yesterday telling me that they had not received my October or November monthly evaluation forms from my doctor! Luckily it got straightened out and they have officiallly sent in my paperwork to insurance. Hoping for a quick approval! DH got his after only 2 weeks!

I did! I'm expanding my garden bed and adding a new one in the spring. I rotate, so this year it will be eggplant and green onions in the buckets.

I'm certainly no expert, I just really enjoy getting outside and staying busy and active, and feel super accomplished that I can produce my own healthy food. I likely won't eat nearly as much as I'm growing this summer, but friends, family, and coworkers are usually happy to take any extra off my hands. Happy to share what I know!

If you like zucchini they are super easy and only require watering every 2-3 days. You will have more zucchini than you know what to do with by just one plant :P
i actually struggle with peas, but I think part of that is critters digging up my seed peas, and the other part is that we've had almost 0 spring weather--seems we go from too cold to too hot within just a couple weeks!
