Oh no. That is really frustrating! I know that in their world they medicate agitated people, but it totally didn't help the situation. Hang in there and I wish you strength and peace!

I'm so sorry that your dad was handled so crudely, Amy! I once had a similar experience when my mom was hospitalized. Most health care professionals are wonderful, but some seem to have no empathy whatsoever! I hope your dad is feeling better now, and that you are, too.

Good Morning Menu Folks,

Our weather forecast for the next 24 hours is now at 5 - 7" of snow. In the interest of safety, my office is closing early today and the public schools are letting the kids out two hours early.

QOTD: My dad was career military and the year I was in the third grade we moved to the mid-west to be closer to family, while he was deployed to Viet Nam. It was the only place I've ever lived where there was snow on the ground from October - May. I have wonderful memories of a blizzard which shut down the schools for a few days - we kids went sledding down the hill, "skating" on the frozen creek, built snow forts and had massive snowball fights.

Menu:

B: Cottage Cheese:

L: Left over chicken enchilada filling with cheese, LF yogurt

S: Two cheese sticks

D: Undetermined - supposed to go out for a friend's birthday but that will probably be cancelled due to weather. If we stay home, I'll make chili.

Have a great day, everyone!
