I was just outside of Pittsburgh... had we stayed there, I'm sure that by now you and our other halves would definitely be meeting up on the regular!
Beef and barley - with steak none the less - sounds scrumptious! I haven't had barley in years, but I used to love it!

Good Morning! Toot your horn girl-you deserve it! Now share some of the awesomeness this way pretty please! Your weather is crazy! We might get some rain tomorrow with highs around 70 so I just can't even imagine.
Accountability: The snack monster attacked last night and I am not happy about it. I will make tonight better.
QOTD: Nope, never had a snow day. Very occasionally some schools start late due to fog but that's it.
Time since surgery: 3 years 4 months
B: SF latte, eggbeaters, ½ an orange and 2 turkey sausage links
L: Albacore lettuce wraps and baby carrots
S: Salami, Carbmaster yogurt, and mixed nuts
D: Homemade chicken sausage (apple/pear bits with chicken thigh meat that hubby made), mashed cauliflower with cheese and bacon bits, and a square of intense dark chocolate
ES: Homemade Greek yogurt with canned pumpkin and ¼ cup fiber cereal
E: An hour stair climber this morning and 40 mins of elliptical at lunch
V/W: On track
Totals: Cals:1196 Protein:125 Carbs:74 Fat:49
Have a great one!
I love the stair climber, I use it religiously at the gym. I chuckle quite often as I see many folks get on and not realize what a workout it is going to be. There is nothing that makes me sweat like the stair climber and it prepares me for Hiking season. You are a cardio rock star Kelly!

YAY JB for jumping on here early and posting, thanks! Congrats on being a rockstar yesterday with your menu & steps while fighting a cold! WIN!
I can believe this weather as your town and where I live have the exact same weather (I have your town as in my weather app) so yes I know exactly what you are going through! I love winter and love snow but this windchill has got to go already!!!!
QOTD: We didn't get a lot of snow days as a kid, we had a crap ton of snow but it was just expected that you went to school, so I don't actually have "snow day" memories. I personally think the amount of snow days kids get nowadays is just ridiculous. Growing up in the 70s and 80s we got a massive amount of snow, now if there is a sprinkle on the roads they are closing schools, SMH.
I am jealous of your Chomps meat stick, I love those and they are not available in Canada!!
I am thinking of treating myself to a Starbucks Caramel Macchiato today. I got a ton of Starbucks gift cards from co workers for Xmas and a Grande Caramel Macchiato made with Lactose milk here in Canada is around $7 so these gift cards come in handy!
