What's on your TUESDAY menu RNYers?
For sure! I roast the squash (if you need details on that part just let me know) and then I place the "noodles" in a 13X9 dish then top with Alfredo sauce, chicken (shredded or canned), shredded mozzarella cheese, bacon bits (if I have them) and then sprinkle the top with Italian seasoning. Bake in oven for about 30 mins at around 375...you just want the cheese to get all melty and yummy.
Hello Menu Peeps! Long time not posts from me (and lots of others I see as well LOL) Funny how January brings us all back to reality...
QOTD: I would have loved to live with the cast of Friends way back when! I loved that show so much... I don't know which show I watch now that I'd love to live though... Designated Survivor is pretty exciting, but so much drama...
I too have hit the carbs way too hard since Thanksgiving, and with that, my first year of weight gain... I was at 144.4 this morning and I hate it!
Today marks the day I change all of that up (I really pray I can do this, since I know there are so many that just can't once the honeymoon has ended). To those of you still in the losing stage, as many times as I read it, and believed it, I have to say it again for your benefit... **** gets real the further out you get!
I brought with me today this:
32 ounces of decaf with half and half/SF flavoring
3.0 ounces of ham
3.5 ounces of taco meat
3.5 ounces of meaty baked ricotta
Dinner will probably be more ham, and maybe an egg to go with it.
I'll eat cheese sticks and whatever other proteins I need to get through the night without hitting the chips/crackers/leftover whatever is in there that's NOT for me!
And I need to get back into my water now that I'm back at work that should be easier...
Hope you all had a great holiday season and hope you all have a terrific 2018!

It is awesome! We've been a couple times (My daughter is a huge HP fan..she got her first tattoo a month after she turned 18 and its HP)
Make sure you get park hopper passes from Universal and Islands of Adventure. The bulk of the HP stuff was at Islands of Adventure the very first time we went but now its split 50/50. And with the park hoppers you can ride the Hogwarts Express back and forth between the parks!
Good to know. Thanks!
