Good Morning! Freezing here in Georgia as well. My car read 9* on my way into work this morning. My son's high school band was selected to play at the Peach Bowl yesterday and had to march in a parade in Atlanta pre-game and it was -1 while he was marching. Brrrr!
Time since Surgery: Just under 5 weeks.
QOTD: Probably NCIS, or Criminal Minds cast! (Shemar Moore)
Breakfast: Premier Protein Drink
Lunch: Either 1/2 of a bean and chicken enchilada I made yesterday, or some grilled chicken with marinara sauce and a bit of pasta.
Dinner: Not sure..something my hubby will make before I get home from work b/c he flipped his schedule and had to work all night last night..so he is home snoozing and will get up and cook before I get home.
I can't wait until 3 months post op so I can have a salad...just my luck though it'll wreck havoc on my stomach and I'll never want another. lol!

Accountability: It was "meh" over the weekend. I did stay away from the chips and crackers during our NYE snackfest, but I did eat more salami and cheese than I planned for. Yesterday, I was on plan though.

B: SF latte, eggbeaters, ½ an orange and 2 turkey sausage links
L: Albacore lettuce wraps and baby carrots
S: Salami, Carbmaster yogurt, mixed nuts and one square of intense dark chocolate
D: Spaghetti squash casserole and edamame
ES: Homemade Greek yogurt with canned pumpkin and ¼ cup fiber cereal
E: 6 miles ran this morning and 40 mins of elliptical at lunch
V/W: On track
