What's on your Photo Friday Menu RNYers?
Happy Friday menu folks! Accountability was good yesterday because I knitted all evening on my shawl. There are baked goods in my house--baklava and lemon muffins and so far I have ignored their siren song. Lily and I will head out for a walk when it gets light and a bit warmer. Not sure how far she'll go but I'll get 4 miles in total. May do another mile before supper too. I did make myself do my total on the treadmill yesterday. Glad today is a bit warmer(20 by 10 oclock.) QOTD I don't really do resolutions since I lost the weight but if I had to I'd say to maintain my weight loss and become a proficient shooter and to be the best person I can be every day. Definetely a work in progress on all fronts. Post op 5 years 4 months and weight at 119.4 today. Heres the food plan B 1/2 c steel cut oats with protein and peanut butter L 31/2 oz deli turkey and cheese 60 cal worth of Mr CheesosBBQ flavor D 1/2 c chicken tortilla soup and 3 oz deli turkey and cheese S 5 oz cottage cheese with 1 T no sugar added pumpkin butter. Karen, I love your non-resolutions. From all that I know of you, you are already a wonderful person who gives so much to those around you. Just keep it up! Also I am glad that Lily will get to take an outside walk today even if it is a short one. Keep up the good work!

Great pictures Teena! I love how sweet your kids are and you are looking terrific! My picture below is a before PS and after a facelift, eyelid and brow lift. I think it looks pretty good already (2 weeks after the last procedures).
QOTD: I never make formal resolutions but always have some goals. My main ones for 2018 would be weight maintenance, developing a regular exercise routine, having more patience with DH, finding activities to do with DH, and getting our Florida home decorated.

Thanks Karen - I had a difficult time finding a before picture because I've always avoided cameras. Anyway, I'm done with the PS now. For some reason, I felt I had to finish refreshing myself after WLS, but now onto more important things!
