What's on your Saturday Menu RNY'ers?

I was having a hard time controlling my eating yesterday. Was up to 2000 kcal by the end of the day. Ugh. Went to the gym late last night, which probably helped, but no way would I have burned off all those extra calories. Crap. Weight up a pound this morning, but I'm sure it's mostly due to this pork/veggie stir fry we had for dinner last night (it had a ginger/soy sauce sauce on it). I *really* need to undereat my calories today between blowing it yesterday and then having Christmas Eve and Christmas to deal with. Protein - fiber - healthy fat - lots of raw veggies.

went to sunrise yoga this morning, now at a coffee shop with DH. We're going to check out possible apts after this for his mother (she plans to move here next summer from New Jersey and doesn't want to bother with a house) - then I need to make tiramisu for Christmas (request from my mom - the leftovers can live at her house...).

QOTD: all I really want (and am getting) is a few days of R&R. It's been a tough year, and I'm always worn out at the end of the semester, tough year or not. I know my sister is getting me some coffee that a friend of hers roasts. I also suggested gift cards from Goodwill or St Vincent de Paul, since I still get most of my clothes there (got hooked on it during my weight loss phase). Or gift cards to coffee shops, since we're in them several times a week.

2 years 6 months out:

B: plain Greek yogurt, 1 T apple butter, high fiber cereal

MS: coffee with half & half, protein/Miralax shake

L: I'm thinking a salad with some shredded chicken breast on it

D: probably leftover pork/veggie stir fry

afternoon or evening snack: either yogurt or a piece of crustless protein pumpkin pie with SF Cool Whip

hey all

I'm doing tabata on 8fit.com tonight. I think i will do two- paleo run which is the next one and the one following. OR yoga instead- not sure

today so far I've had:

3 egg whites, grilled chicken tender and 1 piece of bacon. I also had one bite of grits and one bite of DH's double chocolate donut. it was good.

also had some whipped topping.

not sure what dinner will be. maybe the last grilled chicken tender and protein pancakes ? not sure yet

i'm also thinking I will go ahead and bake the cupcakes for tomm and monday. I will do a simple sugar to put over the top of the cupcake part to keep them moist. also got some more piping bags for the frosting.

QOTD: we got a dyson vacuum and DH bought me a beautiful baltic amber bracelet I saw at an antique place a few weeks ago and mentioned how beautiful it was. I would also like to get a yoga trapeze to work on my core a bit more.
