What's on your Photo Friday menu RNYers?

sitting at a coffee shop waiting for a friend who's almost always late. Thankfully I have the newspaper and my laptop with me (I'm one of those neurotically early people, so late comers drive me nuts!). I'm off today but may do some work remotely today when I'm waiting for stuff to cook (like some baked beans I'm going to make later) - then I'll only have to take half a day off...
QOTD: I used to be a lot more spontaneous and tolerant of last minute changes when I was younger. Not so much anymore. I'm more of a planner now, and unexpected things can throw me off and sometimes stress me out. As far as food surprises, no - it's hard enough to stick to my plan as it is - food surprises tend to *really* throw me off!
still at 147. YAY! Now, hopefully it'll keep going down. I've been trying hard to keep my calories under 1700 (and have been mostly successful), and I've also tried to step up the exercise a bit. It seems to be working so far .
2 years 6 months out:
B: homemade yogurt with 1 T Crio Bru grounds mixed in and 1 T cherry preserves
S: coffee with half & half, protein/Miralax shake
L: something really bariatric friendly - like 1 C cottage cheese or a some tuna with balsamic (I'd like to come in under calories the next couple of days because of Christmas coming...). If I'm still hungry, then raw veggies with Greek yogurt dip
D: either pork/veggie stir fry (no rice) or Michigan salad
probably another yogurt later - or a piece of protein crustless pumpkin pie with 2 T sugar free Cool Whip
ex: yoga or the gym - will do one or the other

Hi everyone, happy Friday!
I've had a backache over the past couple of days - not sure why, and it's unusual for me to feel so sore without an obvious cause. Hopefully it will vanish today!
Finishing up everything today - a half dozen orders including two real monsters, plus cleaning the house HAS to happen! Shopping is all done except I still have to hit the grocery store.
QOTD: I love good surprises! Whether it's a surprise visit (as long as my house isn't in chaos!), or a surprise activity (I try to embrace the new), or a gift - it's all pleasurable!
First: tea with cashew milk, Cinnamon Buns protein drink
B: turkey
L: roast beef, refried beans
D: chicken thigh, green beans
