What's on your Photo Friday menu RNYers?
Good morning Teena and menu folks! I am teleworking for a few hours this morning and then I'm signing out to go swimming and to do more holiday baking. I am looking forward to having a short day and then some time off.
Teena, I love your pictures. You look so good! You have done amazingly well this year!
I would love to have the menu thread continue through the holiday. I may not know exactly what I am eating, but the plan and the accountability is important to me.
Menu:
Breakfast: Hard boiled egg, 2 pieces turkey bacon, 1/4 corn muffin
Snack: protein shake
Lunch: chicken breast, baby carrots
Snack: 2 oz ham, apple
Dinner: chicken & broccoli
Exercise: 1 hour of swimming

Hi all
I do not like food surprises. I DO love trying new foods though as long as I can control them.
Today's food kind of up int he air.
my 2 YEAR surgeon appt is today. my 2 year anniv was dec 15. so of course been drinking tons of fluids and trying to get the weight down so I can be my thinnest. I will eat after my appt at 10. will be having coffee though asap.

almond milk/PP for creamer
not sure on lunch or dinner at this point

Hi everyone, I am going to jump in and start posting on your daily menu thread. I had a sleeve in 2013 and recently revised to RNY due to gerd.
Question of the day- I hate surprises. I like to even know how movies and books end before I commit to watching or reading
Breakfast- protein coffee
snack- protein drink
lunch- roast beef and carrot ( maybe an ounce of food) I'm still advancing my diet so hopefully this will go down as easily as yesterday
