Hi everyone, happy Wednesday!

I can't believe that Christmas is only 5 days away! I feel like I'm on a gigantic sled, speeding down the hill towards it!

Last night's get together went well, we had a great time! I'm glad it's over though, glad to have sent food home with everyone. I was good. Earlier in the day I was not feeling very well and took a couple of Tylenol pills which foolishly I did not break up into smaller pieces - they got stuck and eventually, thankfully, came back up. I felt better later anyway, thankfully.

Still crushing the pre-Christmas orders which keep coming in! I'm not complaining, just trying to keep current. I know it's early to make a resolution, but I have decided to keep a more orderly house in the future. Especially since I work from home with about a million and a half small moving pieces, it's way too easy for things to get out of hand. I'd be better off having a separate work space than trying to do everything in the dining room and spare bedroom, but I'm trying to curtail costs. Anyway, I'm determined to do better so I don't feel so overwhelmed with the sheer volume of STUFF. Actually I feel STUFF is related to being obese - having and keeping too much stuff. Not much I can do about the things required for my business, other than try to keep organized. But I in general do feel that I have too many things. Maybe it's time to put my possessions on a diet, too.

I cut out 2/3 of the cheese I was eating and I think I will cut out the remaining 1/3, too. I can certainly have it once in a while but it's too densely caloric to make part of my small daily intake. I started doing this just yesterday and lost a bit - putting me into the next lower 10-pound range, hooray!

First: Coffee with Cashew Milk, Cinnnamon Buns protein drink

L: Chicken wing/s, 2 oz

D: Roast Beast with green beans
