Qotd: I like "it's beginning to look a lot like Christmas" :)

b: vanilla premier & decaf

l: not too sure.... my appetite has been terrible lately so might just do a protein supplement? If I'm able to I'll try for half of a turkey cheddar sausage.

d: i have a chuck roast with potatoes & carrots in the crock pot for the family tonight... hoping i can at least get in 2oz of roast with a few bites of veggies.

Hi all! Happy Sunday! Thank you Karen for starting this thread today.

I enjoyed reading what everyone's favorite Christmas carols are! I love all of the ones mentioned, too. I don't know that I could choose just one as my most favorite - I find them all to be beautiful, evocative, and touching. Here are some other carols which I love: The Holly and the Ivy, In the Bleak Midwinter, Oh Little Town of Bethlehem, Oh Tannenbaum, Good King Wenceslaus...I too love Silent Night, and remember performing it as a kid during a holiday piano recital. I also remember singing What Child is This, Do You Hear What I Hear, and Angels We Have Heard On High during other Christmas concerts as a kid. I really just love them all, each and every one.

First: Tea with cashew Milk, Vanilla protein drink

B: BBQ pulled chicken, checkers

L: Roast beef, mustard

D: Turkey, green beans

Enjoy your Sunday, RnYers!
