Morning OH~ I got a call last night that you never want to get.... My son had been in an accident on the freeway at 2 am. Miraculously - he ok. He was side swipe which ran him off the road into the guardrail, he then hit/bounced and spun over to the other side of the freeway. He took out about 100 feet of guardrail total completely smashed in the front end, driver side and rear end and he walked away....If you could have seen the car.. I don't know how he survived. I am thankful and grateful and in tears just thinking about it. I'm taking him in to the ER to get checked out and then to deal with insurance... I can't imagine my life without my baby.

QOTD - I take a day here and there usually the workday before and after. This year Rob's firm is having a Christmas party in San Francisco (4 hours away) next Wednesday evening. So I will be taking a few day off for that.

Accountability - I was sick from lunch and ended up throwing up and not eating dinner. I have a sensitive pouch today so I will stick to soft foods.
