Good morning and Happy Friday! Made it through another week and just 10 days until Christmas! I love it so much.
QOTD: Do you take extra time off at Christmas (or did you when you were working?) I never do but only because I never have vacation time left! I get 5 weeks and every December I?ve used it all up. I?m okay with it though - I?d rather take vacation in the warmer months. I have a hard time understanding how people get to the end of the year and then carry over vacation! i actually pay to have an extra week. My motto is (even though I really like my job) ?I work to live not live to work.?
Accountability was CRAPPY yesterday. I was doing Christmas baking and had too many samples. The scale was up today too.
My photos are a couple of the ?sweaty selfies? that I take for my Accountability group- I really loved these pics this week because for the very first time I saw a skinny person. I?m not at goal but I will get there.
Menu:
Breakfast: 1 egg and bacon
Lunch: Protein option at work
Supper: Not sure yet- DH is home so whatever he prepares. We?re having some friends over after dinner.
Exercise and vitamins will be on track. I did get my workout done every day this week. Now to carry that through the weekend. Have a wonderful day everyone.

Good morning Teena and menu folks! It's cold here again this morning and they are calling for some snow this afternoon. I am bundled up in extra layers and trying to stay warm.
QOTD: My wife gets off some extra days between Christmas and New Years so I am taking a few days off. I may also take next Friday off to do some extra baking.
Food today is a bit up in the air. I am still having pain in my tooth area so I am headed back to the dentist to have him look at it. It will all depend on how numb or in pain I am.
Menu:
Breakfast: 1 pancake, 2 pieces of turkey bacon
Lunch & Dinner: not sure
Exercise: If I feel well enough, I'd like to do an hour of swimming

QOTD: usually I don't take extra time. it is a good time for me to get caught up at work without distraction. Sorry been out of pocket. My MIL passed last Friday and it has been kind of crazy since. i had several BAD days, followed by 2 good eating days and back on track.
Food plans for today:
gelatin/protein powder /splenda
decaf
regular
egg whites
baby back ribs in IP
leftover salad/tuna
leftover asparagus/broc
more decaf
more water
