feeling really bloated again today. Must have had too much sodium again yesterday - or else I'm really backed up. Lots of water today...
It's going to be warmer here, but we're getting snow. Boo. Not sure which is worse - freezing cold or snow. Although I don't mind the snow so much once it's off the streets and sidewalks. Until then - ugh.
QOTD: I used to do tons of Christmas cards, but now I usually do less than ten. Those are mostly to older friends & relatives who aren't on the internet. At one time it was my way of catching up with people - finding out what they've done during the year & vice versa, but now with so many of them on Facebook, that purpose no longer exists.
B: homemade Greek yogurt with cacao nibs and raspberries
S: coffee with half & half, protein/Miralax vanilla latte shake
L: going to a speaker luncheon on campus, so not sure. They'll have a buffet line with one or two entrees, so I'll make good choices
D: if the chicken thighs are (finally) thawed, then fajitas (meat & veggies only). Otherwise, meatballs...
ex: yoga if the snow's not too bad

QOTD: Last year I did a lot of Christmas cards and a Christmas letter telling everyone about my surgery and other news. This year I may just send out cards to those people who send them to me and skip the letter because I don't have a lot of new news. Then again, I might write a letter and end up sending cards & letter to everyone. We'll see how ambitious I get. LOL.

Got on the scale this morning. 143.8 lbs. Apparently I am still slowly losing, even though I am in maintenance. That's great!
