Howdy,
Had a really bad month, slow losses and no one to blame but myself. I grazed my way to almost no losses this month. That being said, tomorrow is a new day.
QOTD: I am allergic to skelaxin, flexiril and other muscle relaxants. Puts me in the hospital with hives and needing adrenalin.
Food for the day:
1/2 protein bar this morning
lunch cheese stick, 1 oz of ham
Dinner: Argentinian pork stew with brussel sprouts
Dessert: Carbonator yogurt
Calories: 500 , protein 60 ( i know, kinda low) all vits, water, coffee
