still at 148 lbs. ARRRGGH! I think I'm going to have make a strong attempt to lose weight. I want to be back in the 138-142 range. I'm now thinking this 6-10 lbs may be my "bounce back" weight that many people have. I'm still within a normal BMI, but at the very high end of it. I look fine, but I want it lower. Sometimes it drops back down to 144 or so, but then it's back up to 148. Not liking this.

Out for coffee in a few with DH, then to my meditation class. Making chili (for lunches this week) this afternoon. Then we're off to see Joe Biden this evening (I got a free ticket from a friend, and I bought one for DH yesterday because he really wants to go)

2 years 6 months out:

B: homemade Greek yogurt with 2 T Crio Bru grounds mixed in, raspberries, 1/4 C Kashi Crunch granola

S: coffee with half & half, protein/Miralax vanilla latte shake

L: raw veggies with yogurt dip, cottage cheese or yogurt

D: haddock with ginger sauce, asparagus

Morning folks! No run today- to icy outside. Instead I did the SWORKIT app. Today I'm going to urgent care to have them look at my toe, it's still hurting me, and has a black bruise. Also gonna head to Macy's to return a pair of shoes and GameStop to pick up a Christmas gift. I'm going to be done with the kids this weekend, I really don't shop for anyone else. If I do it will be last minute.

Good morning everyone - It's getting really scary in Southern CA....I had evacuation alerts going off all night these fires are absolutely devastating.... this morning it is so dark out because of all the smoke, so freaky. I hope everyone in those areas are safe and pray it doesn't continue to spread.

Accountability - good but weight is up and I'm bloated, I had a lot of extra veggies yesterday hoping to move things along. I'm miserable.

Here is King - Sunny Bear!! We got this bed for our big girl, Lucy, but he claimed it the second we set it down! He is the only one of the 3 dogs who use it, he is such a character! Note the Sunny size beds next to him.

I just started my 10 Day pre-op diet, so my Sunday dinner consisted of protein shakes and my 2 cups of non starchy vegetables and broth.
