Good morning!

I still can't kick this cold. Not sleeping well at night and now my sinuses are starting to feel painful. :( Had my 2nd iron infusion yesterday. No problems with it. The IV site didn't even bruise this time.

QOTD: Ugh. Too much to do. I have to put off buying more until closer to the holiday because of bill timing.

Accountability: I was feeling lazy after being sick for so long and made the kids a pizza between school and soccer/swimming. Ended up eating a slice, crust and all. Don't feel great about that. Today's another day...

B: coffee with fairlife milk

S: premier protein with extra cocoa added

L: tuna packet with light mayo

S: light and fit greek yogurt, no-sugar-added peach cup

D: rotisserie chicken

S: sugar free pudding made with fairlife milk (have I said how much I love this stuff?)

Lots and lots of tea and water.

Happy Friday~

Good afternoon.

We have all our decorations up and shopping done. Tomorrow is my son's 6th birthday party. His birthday is next week. I had planned for the kids to do a scavenger hunt outside but we are supposed to get snow. I know they'll love it but I'm worried about the little toys getting wet! Fingers crossed- no snow!

B- 16oz coffee w/ 1TBLS half and half

L- 1.5oz deli ham, 1/2 cup LF cottage cheese, 1/2 premier protein shake

D- 3oz baked chicken, a few green beans

S- 12 cashews

Howdy,

I havent posted here much but I have not lost any weight in 3 1/2 weeks. Partially due to a nibble here and there, thanksgiving, and because I just lose this way. Last month was 9 pounds, then I went up 6 in a week and its been taking me another 2 weeks to drop 3 more.

QOTD: I have not bought any presents yet. My husband and I agreed that we wouldn't buy any for each other. We have everything we need and other than the kids (mine 15 and 22) and nephews, sisters and my mom, I do not plan on going crazy this year. We are leaving on the Windstar cruise next week through the Panama Canal and up the west coast of Costa Rica. I plan on walking miles and miles through jungles, snorkeling and general sight seeing. I will do my best to be good with food.

Todays food:

1/2 protein bar at the hematology center this morning

Lunch: string cheese and 1/2 bowl of homemade chicken breast and carrot soup.

Snack: ?

Dinner: Steak and roasted balsamic brussel sprouts

Low carb yogurt

In the interest of full disclosure, I did lick the bowl while making a cheesecake for my husband and son and had a teaspoon of peanut butter.....:(

Lots of water, vitamins and coffee
