Praying for you to feel better soon. Rest a while and find a good book to curl up with to relax. Knitting and reading are my go to relaxation activities--and coloring. Hubby just shakes his head!

Good morning! Happy Friday!

qotd: mostly done, and whatever is left is just a letter of picking up gift cards. My father in law likes to go to the shooting range, so we're buying a couple sessions for him, and my sister just moved into a new place and isn't being very clear about things she needs for the new house while at the same time saying she needs all kinds of things (eye roll), so I'm just giving her a Target gift card. I prefer buying actual items, but in this case it's just more practical.

Breakfast: 2 scrambled eggs with green pepper, onion, mushrooms, cheese added

snack: Greek L&F

lunch: tuna creations packet (sweet and spicy), sliced green pepper with yogurt dip

snack 2: oh snap! Pickled carrots

dinner: turkey smoked sausage cooked in Italian diced tomatoes

i don't have a photo ready for today, but can't wait to look at everyone else's later!

Happy Friday! I hit 159 today, woohoo!! -130 since surgery, only 14 more to goal weight!

Todays menu:

coffee, lots of coffee, mixed with stevia, milk and protein powder.

Protien shake pre-gym

veggies and ranch, light salami slice

chicken and veggies stir fry for dinner

"Protien powder "hot chocolate"

Good morning OHer's! Teena, you do look very pretty!! Great pic's girl! It's 36 degrees here right now but supposed to be 80 later, ugh. Still - sweater and boots for me! So, I've been away for a couple days - Great news, my son was sworn into the Marine Corps on Wednesday! I could not be more proud of him and everything he has done to make this happen. The Marine Corps are near and dear to my heart. My dad was a Marine for 26 years, I was a Marine brat and now my son, a new recruit! My heart is so full of love and pride! He has come so far and I'm excited for his future!!

QOTD - I've started my shopping and have a few gifts, but I am no where near done! I still have a lot to do, just finding the time lately. This weekend is super busy, so I may be doing a lot of last minute shopping inthe weeks to come.

Accountability - great - even through road trips and a lot of stress the last couple of days.
