Good Morning and Happy Fri-yay! Keep sharing those pics-love them. Not sure what are weekend plans are yet-tomorrow is officially Em's 13th birthday and even though the celebration with her friends was last weekend I am sure we will do something tomorrow, my sister might want to take her out too so who knows.
QOTD: We are pretty much done aside from my nephew (which we get together on NYE to celebrate so I have time) and my mother in law. I will probably grab Em a few more small things as well.
Accountability: Added a banana and some fruit crisps things

B: SF latte, eggbeaters, ½ an orange and 2 turkey sausage links
L: Albacore lettuce wraps and baby carrots
S: Salami snack cup, Carbmaster yogurt, and mixed nuts
D: BBQ chicken "pizza" and edamame
ES: Homemade Greek yogurt with pumpkin and ¼ cup fiber cereal
E: An hour stair climber this morning and 40 mins of elliptical at lunch
V/W: On track

Good morning menu peeps. Lily and I did our 4 miles basically at a run as it was 16 when we were out. We got it done though and will do another mile before supper. I'm so not ready for this cold weather. Accountability was good with no extra bites and exercise finished. QOTD shopping is done with only wrapping left to do. Post op 5 years 3.25 months and weight at 119 today. Heres the food B 1/2 c steel cut oats with protein a d peanut butter added L 31/2 oz deli turkey and cheese with baby carrots D not sure as we may be out but good protein for sure S sm apple with 1 T peanut butter. Have a great weekend everyone and make some smart and conscious choices that move you closer to your goals. Pics to follow.
