Qotd to lose some weight before my trip to South Carolina and maintain my weight while there.
B ham and cheese omelette and string cheese
L tuna, cottage cheese and honeycrisp apple
D hamburger, green beans and sweet potato

Hi everyone, happy Thursday!
Today I have a ton of work to get done, plus I will pop over to Quest to have them take a few gallons of blood. I feel good and am looking forward to seeing and tracking the lab results.
I hate that California is burning!
QOTD: There are some work-related things I am determined to catch up on this month. Otherwise I have no particular short term goals, just to keep on keeping on.
First: tea with almond milk. Protein drink.
