Good Morning, loving that it's Friday-eve. I have been getting some of my gifts delivered this week and even got some wrapped and under the tree last night. I am glad that Chelsie is feeling better-hope you get good news tomorrow.

QOTD: I want to finish out my run "milage" strong. I had set a goal for 1500 for the year but that was before I knew I wouldn't be running for two months (due to a hamstring injury and then plastic surgery). I am at 1249 right now so maybe a realistic total will be between 1350-1375?

Accountability: I had an unplanned banana and small pack of Cheez-Its

Time since surgery: 3 years 3 months

B: SF latte, eggbeaters, ½ an orange and 2 turkey sausage links

L: Albacore lettuce wraps and baby carrots

S: Salami, Carbmaster yogurt, and mixed nuts

D: BBQ chicken "pizza" (½ low carb Lavash with SF BBQ sauce, canned chicken, cheese and cilantro, and edamame

ES: Homemade Greek yogurt with toasted coconut and ¼ cup fiber cereal

E: 6 miles ran this morning and 40 mins of elliptical at lunch

V/W: On track

Totals: Cals:1150 Protein:124 Carbs:80 Fat:43

Have a great one!

Quick post today before heading to the food pantry. Lily and I hustled on our 4 mile walk this am and did it in 50 minutes--probably because it was 23 with a stiff breeze. Will do another mile after supper too. QOTD goal is to continue consistent exercise and maintain my weight. There sure are lots of temptations this time of the year, but if I take one choice at a time I can do it. Post op 5 years 3.25 months and weight at 119 today. Heres the food B 1/2 c steel cut oats with protein and peanut butter L 1 c chicken and veggies from soup D 31/2 oz ham and cheese roll up 1/2 c mixed veggies S sm apple with 1 T cashew butter. Have a good day and make smart choices everyone! Later.

Morning all! I have been enjoying the crap out of my vacation week. So many Christmassy things to do and see! Plus my shopping is 99% done and most presents are already wrapped.

Today's adventure: A Cheese Parade! Seriously--click the link and watch the video. I am so excited!

QOTD: I am just committed to keeping up this relaxed feeling going into the holiday!

Menu is a little up in the air since I am not sure exactly what and where the day will bring us, but here is my best guess:

B: Protein Coffee

S1: Greek Yogurt

L: Turkey Meatballs with Sriracha

S2: Cheese!

D: Steak?

Happy Friday eve! Yesterday I kept my goal I made with myself of not eating anything at our church fellowship that wasn't what I brought, which was salad and rotisserie chicken. It was tough when folks were sitting around me eating some tasty looking stuff! And I think the sweets table was twice as long as usual, lol. But I went and I conquered! Calories for yesterday were 1483.

QOTD: I have a ton of stuff going on this month, as everyone does, and my goal is to not forget why we are celebrating in the first place.

Find something fun to do today!
