What's on your Wednesday menu RNYers?
Good Morning Teena and Menu Family!
I'm sorry to hear about your daughter being sick, Teena. I hope the doctor can figure out what is wrong with her.
Last night we had a Ladies' Christmas dinner and gift exchange at the church. It was very nice and I received a beautiful candle and huge Christmas centerpiece. We played a game where people could steal other people's gifts and I was so afraid someone was going to steal my centerpiece because I thought it was the nicest gift there, but no one did, so I got to go home with it! The food was delicious! Homemade chili, broccoli salad and (gasp) I ate a few bites of the desserts. Shame on me!
QOTD: I have never bought groceries online. I don't know if that is available in our small town, but we have a Walmart, so maybe it is? It sounds incredibly convenient. I wish they had something like that when I had my broken leg, several years ago.
Accountability: Yesterday: As mentioned above, I had some bites of dessert at the party so calories & carbs were higher. Protein - 60, Calories - 1,264, Carbs - 135.
B: prosciutto & mozzarella sticks, light & fit Greek yogurt
L: cheesy chicken
D: Healthy choice creamy spinach & tomato linguini
S: prosciutto & mozzarella sticks, light & fit Greek yogurt, banana, 2 atkin's peanut butter cups
E: Walking Blossom around the subdivision
Have a WONDERFUL Wednesday everyone!
~ Karen
You were lucky to not have someone steal your gift. It"s beautiful! We do this game at my familys Christmas and my husband's. We call it a name that is probably not politically correct, so I won't include it here, lol.

QOTD: yes, i have and generally really like it- We have kroger here and I do their clicklist. it DOES cost 4.95, but they offer free products in return for using service so it is not a totoal washout. plus i feel like sometimes I SAVE $5 not putting extra crap in the buggy I don't need. plus kroger has online coupons so you can put stuff in your car, add your coupons to your card, then the price is reduced when you go to pickup. it also gives me time during the week to add things to the list I need and find coupons also!
I tried walmart once. I was 2 min late picking up and they would not bring me my groceries. I have not tried again because I was mad.
weight going in the right direction again today thank goodness. I am upping my non coffee drinks today also.
Food:
last of chicken/gizzards
yogurt jello
cabbage
I made cheese chips last night and ended up eating them all shee**** was cheese and egg whites
Teena, I'm glad you are taking DD to the doctor. Hopefully it is something minor, but best to figure out what is going on.
SO... I made all good choices last night until 9 pm when I ate 3 cupcakes left behind by our company. Arghhh.... The remaining two are in the trash barrel on the curb.
QOTD: I've never used online grocery shopping because generally I am good at keeping/sticking to a list and I actually enjoy it. I think that started when I was a very young mother and I used to shop weekly with my mother, grandmother and infant daughter. The other kids always enjoyed riding in the cart as they came along. However, I would absolutely do it if I was sick (or get too old to get out and about easily).

Good morning!
I woke up early this morning coughing and couldn't get back to sleep so I find myself with some extra time before I wake the kids up.
QOTD: I would like to do online shopping but I'm more of a Target person and they don't have all their groceries available for the drive up lane.
Accountability: I haven't been tracking as closely since I've been sick (going on 6 days now, yuck) but I don't think I've been too off track. Weight is at my lowest, 164. I think if I really want to see the scale move I'm going to have to make a cut in my calories. *sigh*
B: coffee with fairlife milk
S: protein shake with added cocoa
L: tuna packet with light mayo
S: HB egg

Have a great day!
Hope you start to feel better soon!
