What's on your Tuesday menu RNYers?
Morning,
I want to go back to bed right now. Ugh!! I ate some more cookies yesterday but my weight was down this morning.
QOTD my fitbit keeps me moving every hour and my dvr gets me walking through my house for at least 30 minutes. I scroll through the commercials and watch an hour show and my exercise is done afterwards.
B Ham and cheese omelette and string cheese
L tuna, cottage cheese and honeycrisp Apple
D tbd haven't thought that far yet.

Hi all, happy Tuesday!
Seeing the scale move is a good motivator, plus I am starting to look better, which is also good! Vanity - the strong desire to look my best once again - definitely spurs me on. More importantly, my sense of increasing lightness and my ease of movement is so much better than before. I am not exercising beyond walking, but even that was difficult just a few months ago. I enjoy feeling and being alive and that's the best motivator of all!
First: tea with cashew milk, vanilla protein powder
B: turkey, warm, with a little cheddar
L: roast beef, green beans
D: same as breakfast with some green beans

Hello everyone!
Sorry it's been so long since i've posted. I've missed everyone so much! We buried my brother in law on Sunday and my best friend is still missing. It's been so crazy with my brother in law's family living with us for a while. They are now feeling comfortable enough to go back home without their father. I returned back to work yesterday although I did end up having to work much of the time( of my 2 week vacation)anyway because my best friend who is missing is also one of my employees so I had work some of his hours.
Accountability: I was 100% on plan yesterday.
QOTD:I agree with others that the scale is a good motivator.
