What's on your Saturday menu RNYers?
So I've heard. Probably after surgery, if I'm still having issue, he'll have to prescribe something else. And frankly because this is a topical, I really can't say if it works anyway. But thanks for the heads up.

Surgery 05-08-18 hw 317, consult wt 278, surgery weight 252. M1 -20, M2-5, M3-8, M4-6
Plantar fasciitis is bad, I had it once and it seemed like it took forever to get over. Now I'm dealing with Achilles tendonitis. Doc prescribed NSAID, not sure if that helps, and a splint to wear at night. Another one of those things that just takes time. Ugh!

I'm getting to that point! I did get some inserts at a specialty shoe store that definitely make a difference, they are a hard plastic sort of material in the arch, but have a gel heel support. Made walking around this evening more manageable for sure

Hey all! We got to Chicago yesterday- and ate exploring. Had a good day yesterday, lots of sightseeing today. I did my run in the hotel treadmill.
currently are waiting to eat breakfast, where I wil consciously eat a crap ton of carbs. Yolo!
