I'm right there with you, Teena. I've seen 164, but today I'm at 166.
Had my iron infusion yesterday. No problems, just a nice bruise on my hand. I always come out of the infusion center feeling so grateful for my health after sitting next to people getting chemo. It's a blessing to be as healthy as I am. In case anyone was wondering, I didn't find any evidence of bedbugs after scouring my daughter's room so I'm hoping it was just a weird bug bite.
QOTD: Meat has become more important in my life and I'm learning to like it more and trying to cook with it more.
Here's a picture of our tree we put up last weekend and one of my husband, oldest daughter, and I on Thanksgiving.
Menu:
B: coffee with fairlife milk
S: rice cake with PB (might not have been the smartest, but I already ate it)
D: ranch tuna packet with 1 tsp mayo, pickled green beans
S: HB eggs or greek yogurt
D: shrimp ****tail? sounds good to me

Im feeling better. I didn't eat all my dinner just chicken and part of the salad but did have two cookies in the afternoon.
Qotd I buy vanilla syrup at dollar tree for a dollar.
B ham and cheese omelette and string cheese
L tuna, cottage cheese and honeycrisp apple
D chicken, green bean casserole and seven layer salad

QOTD: I'm really into protein enhanced warm drinks - so I've added some flavored protein powders to my coffee and tea, but so far no syrups.
Accountability: I'm still feeling weak/exhausted from the cold I had a week or two ago, so I skipped the gym AGAIN last night after running errands.

B1: Chia seed pudding (1/2 of a RTD can of banana protein drink, chia seeds, peanut butter powder and plain whey protein powder)
B2: soft boiled egg and 1/2 a slice of homemade bread with butter

L: Cottage cheese with lemonade stand protein powder added
AS: String Cheese
D: Cheese plate and a glass of red wine (Meeting friends out for dinner)

Hi everyone, happy Friday!
Here I am, at the caboose of the menu thread train once again! Today is jammed but I wanted to pop in. I loved seeing everyone's photos - thank you all for showing them. Teena, your dress is smashing and your transformation even more so! Enjoy the party!
QOTD: I don't use syrups at this point, but will give one or two a try to see if I like them.
First: Tea with cashew milk, and also, a protein drink
B: Turkey, bouncing berry cheese
L: Roast beef, mustard
D: Roast Beef, a little refried beans, cheddar
Tons of tea, and all vitamins
