Good morning,
I don't know what was going on with me yesterday. I was running a fever when I went to donate plasma so I couldn't do that. I did wake up to a headache yesterday. Was eating my lunch before I finished I threw up. Was not going to eat dinner but I was hungry so I had egg mcmuffin. It upset my stomach but I didn't throw up. This morning so far my coffee not bothering me but I haven't ate yet.

Hello!
Heading over to an iron infusion this afternoon. 1x/week for 3 weeks. I don't know why I get nervous about it, it should make me feel better, but I do.
Had a freak-out moment this morning when I saw my daughter had some weird bug bites on her back. It's well past mosquito season so I'm worried it might be bed bugs. Yuck!! We haven't seen any evidence of them, but I'm going to do a thorough check tonight. In the meantime, I can't stop the psychosomatic itching.
Menu:
B: coffee with fairlife
S: rice cake with peanut butter
L: tuna packet, mayo
S: protein shake (easy to have at the infusion center)
D: roast pork?
QOTD: I'm a member of Amazon Prime and I love it.
Accountability: last night there were left over crepes and while I did use one to eat smoked salmon with cucumber and carrots, the other one had pumpkin butter from Trader Joe's in it.

B- Chia seed protein pudding (1/2 can of pure protein banana (still have half a case left!) plus a TBSP of chia seeds, 1 tbsp of peanut butter powder and 2 tbsp of plain whey protein powder - mixed and left overnight in the fridge)
L- Half an organic pasture fed beef burger with about a 1/4 of the bun - pouch was super fussy or I would have eaten more of the burger.
D- I'm planning to go to the gym tonight so I'm budgeting a Protein Chai tea (Green chai tea, truvia, plain whey protein powder)
ES- Probably either hot chocolate (sugar free) with protein powder or another Green Chai protein tea...

For the past few weeks I've been sick with upper respiratory flu like symptoms that have made me feel weak and sleepy (body aches, sneezing, coughing - a regular NyQuil advertisement!) and struggling with some depression that I'd thought I'd finally conquered. November will be the first month without any weight loss, but despite my lack of exercise the last few weeks, I've lost additional inches so I'll take that as a win!
